Shipping and Delivery
PSG delivers products to Australia and New Zealand.
For all direct and online orders of prescription & general safety eyewear we use Australia Post for our shipping and delivery services. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. We offer Regular, Registered and Express Post.
For Corporate orders, we ship based on the arrangement within the Supply Contract instructed by your company. This will either be direct to your Optometrist or to your work job site. Contact your Procurement Manager for more information.
Cost
The cost of delivery is calculated on the size, weight and destination of the package. For smaller quantities, this will be advised by the website. For larger quantities, the PSG Customer Service Team will contact you to inform the shopping cost and complete your transaction.
Order Tracking

Prescription Lenses
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process and quality control for orders with prescription lenses, extra time is required for completion. Please allow for an additional 2-14 days to process and fit lenses to your frame.

Once your order is posted and you have received an email from PSG confirming that your order has been dispatched, the following are expected delivery times.
